  • Heart Print Screening - This test provides information about the electrical activity of the heart. This test takes only minutes to perform and requires no special preparation. The Heart Print is read by an experienced KMC cardiologist and kept on file for future reference. Registration is required, and space is limited.   • Cardiovascular Health Assessment 1 (CHAS 1) - This screening provides a snapshot of current blood cholesterol levels and personal cardiovascular risk factors. Includes total cholesterol, HDL & LDL, triglyceride and blood glucose levels. Provides an individual risk consultation and cardiovascular health plan. Registration is required, and space is limited.   • Cardiovascular Health Assessment 2 (CHAS 2) - This includes a series of exams to detect blockages in carotid arteries (neck). It also includes PAD to check for poor circulation in lower extremities, and the new CIMT, providing the earliest detectable evidence of heart disease. An optional aneurysm screening is available to look for silent enlargement of the aorta. Registration is required, and space is limited.   • Healthy Hearts for Women - These screenings are designed to increase awareness of heart disease in women and assess cardiovascular risk status.
